Pre-orders need at least 48 hours notice. Cookie cakes and corporate orders are best with 1–2 weeks lead time, especially during holidays.
Do you offer shipping?+
Yes — anywhere in Colorado. See the Shipping page for packaging details, processing times, and our freshness guarantee.
Can I customize cookie cakes?+
Absolutely. Choose your size, frosting colors, message, and theme. We can incorporate company logos and brand colors too.
Do you offer corporate gifts?+
Yes — branded cookie boxes, large trays, individually wrapped cookies, and recurring drop-offs for sales reps, offices, and events.
Do you cater events?+
We provide dessert for events through pre-order. We don't staff events on-site, but we'll deliver fresh trays ready to serve.
What allergens are present?+
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Cross-contact is possible. Reach out about specific allergies before ordering.
How should cookies be stored?+
Best within 3 days at room temperature in a sealed container. Cookie cakes should be refrigerated and brought back to room temperature before serving.
Can I freeze cookies?+
Yes — wrap individually and freeze up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature, then warm in a 300°F oven for 3–4 minutes for that fresh-baked feel.
