Welcome to Silly Goose Sweets. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Cottage Food Disclosure

All products are made in a home kitchen under Colorado Cottage Food Laws. They are not produced in a licensed commercial facility and may have been exposed to common food allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
• Custom cookie cake and corporate orders require a non-refundable $25 deposit to reserve the date. Remaining balance is due at or before pickup or delivery.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled order at our discretion if changes are requested at least 7 days before the event date.
• Because products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds once an order is picked up or delivered.
• Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

You are responsible for pickup on the agreed date and time. Local delivery and shipping availability, fees, and timing are provided at the time of order. Once a product leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, weather, or delivery carriers.

Allergies

Customers with food allergies order at their own risk. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

Custom Designs

Custom cookie cakes and corporate designs are our interpretation of your request. Reference images are inspiration only, and finished products may vary. We reserve the right to decline designs that infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material.

Website Use

Website content, including images and copy, is owned by Silly Goose Sweets and may not be reproduced without permission. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
